God’s Honor Can Shift the National Atmosphere
We are going to take the keys to the Kingdom of God and we are going to change the atmosphere over this nation. It may take six months or a year. We don’t care. We are going to break division, strife, and racism off this nation. We are going to see those with pure and humble hearts rise. We are going to see the Supreme Court rise into a righteous group of people that do not legislate, but honor the Constitution and honor God. We are going to see a President who honors God and His Wisdom above his own human intelligence. God, let the atmosphere shift!
“The Lord declares: ‘Far be it from me, for those who honor me I will honor, and those who despise me shall be lightly esteemed.’” (1 Samuel 2:30b; ESV)
Give Him 15 minutes in prayer:
- Commit to pray daily for the United States of America – for division, strife, and racism to end.
- Go out of your way to be kind to others, especially those you disagree with.
- Thank the Lord that He exalts and honors the humble and pure of heart.
- Thank God for Justice Neil Gorsuch and pray for an even greater God-honoring shift in the Supreme Court.
- Intercede for President Trump to begin to openly honor the Lord!
A prayer you can pray:
Father, I want to partner with You in prayer in greater measure than I have been. I want to press in, not relax. My friends and I will push in prayer, like it’s time for a baby to be born! Show me how to put action to my prayers until I am able to face the enemies of the Gospel with peace and grace and love, regardless of how they are acting. Let a culture of honor rise up in me and across the Body of Christ, in the Supreme Court, and in our President. As we honor You, we trust that Your Word will be made manifest and You will give great favor to the one that honors You. Then, wee will watch the nation’s atmosphere shift! In Jesus’ wonderful name, amen.
