Completing the Esther Fast
“We have seen nominees rise and fall as well as multiple vacancies open up at the same time. We believe God’s purposes are now pressing in to bring about a prophesied shift on the Court. Would you stand with us now to look beyond the current vacancy and believe for yet another Justice to retire or be removed? Our unified cry through this three-day fast will shake the heavens! Together we will possess this seat for God’s choice, for someone who will uphold the Constitution, and for the overturning of Roe v Wade.” (Lou Engle)1 (The Esther Fast will be completed tonight at sundown.)
“For in him all things were created: things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities; all things have been created through him and for him.” (Colossians 1:16; NIV)
Give Him 15 minutes in prayer:
- Worship the Lord.
- Declare Colossians 1:16.
- Thank the Lord for unity in the Body of Christ throughout these three days of fasting and intercession. Where unity is, God commands His blessings.
- At the close of your time of fasting, take communion.
- Seal the intercessory work of the last three days under the blood of Jesus. Say, “It is finished.”
A prayer you can pray:
God, we worship You! Father, Son and Holy Spirit, we exalt You over America and all that concerns her! You are worthy of our worship and praise! (Add your own words and songs of worship.) In You all things were created: things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities; all things have been created through You and for You. You created the Body of Christ and unified us for this last three days of intercession on behalf of the vacancy on the United States Supreme Court. May our unified intercession be heard by You and may Your perfect will come to pass now. As we take communion, we say, “It is finished.” Amen.
Today’s decree:
God’s plans for the Supreme Court are assured!
