The Melting Pot
The United States is a melting pot of people groups. It has always been this way. William Penn and other founders of our nation welcomed the people of the nations to this land. God brings them and we want them. We want them to come here and find Christ. We must be ready! We must be ready to tell them about Jesus and know how to deliver them from demons they have often served all of their lives in other parts of the world. Holy Spirit, draw them! Holy Spirit make us ready!
“You shall not make for yourself a carved image, or any likeness of anything that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth. You shall not bow down to them or serve them, for I the Lord your God am a jealous God.” (Exodus 20:4-5a; ESV)
“Now the Holy Spirit tells us clearly that in the last times some will turn away from the true faith; they will follow deceptive spirits and teachings that come from demons.” (1 Timothy 4:1; NLT)
Give Him 15 minutes in prayer:
- Let your heart break, for there are vast numbers of souls in this nation that serve other gods. Ask the Lord for the words to pray for them.
- Bind spirits of false religions. Tell them they must loose their captives in America.
- Pray that God’s Holy Spirit will reveal Jesus to the deceived.
- Pray that the light of Jesus Christ will permeate their beings and they will know the Truth and the Truth will set them free!
A prayer you can pray:
Father, we ask You to reveal Jesus to those deceived by false religions. We bind spirits of deception. We bind the spirits of false religions that are deceiving many. We say, “You are not welcome in this nation! We lift the veil off this nation. We say, “The Spirit of Truth will invade this nation. The Spirit of the Word of God will invade this nation.” Nothing will stop Him! In the name of Jesus, amen!
Today’s decree:
The Truth, Jesus Christ, will be revealed in greater and greater measure and many blinded by spirits of false religion will be invaded by the Truth!
