Seated With Christ

“Many have not been able to break through into Father’s presence. God is saying, ‘Come up! Come up here! I am seated on a throne above every other throne. I am seated above powers and principalities, rulers and every other earthly authority. You have no need to fear for your future, your family’s future or the future of this nation.’ Whatever has been covering and blocking your spirit from rising to a new level, God can deal with that. Just get in His throne room and let Him deal with it. Sometimes we just need to change our perspective. We need His heavenly perspective. Then, things start to make sense and unlock. They don’t just unlock for us, personally. They unlock for our people group and our nation, as we simply worship Him in that heavenly place of His Presence.” (Chuck Pierce and others)1

“God raised Christ from the dead and seated him in the place of honor at God’s right hand in the heavenly realms. Now he is far above any ruler or authority or power or leader or anything else—not only in this world but also in the world to come.” (Ephesians 1:20-21; NLT)

“For he raised us from the dead along with Christ and seated us with him in the heavenly realms because we are united with Christ Jesus.” (Ephesians 2:6; NLT)

Give Him 15 minutes in prayer:

  • Ask God to bring His people up into His Presence.
  • Let the cares of the world fall of you.
  • Let fear fall off of you; fear of the future, fear of any ability to break through, fear of having no vision.
  • Intercede for the rest of Body of Christ, as you have prayed for yourself.
  • Say, “Bring a remnant up into Your throne room to reveal Your Will.”
  • Say, “Unlock! In Jesus’ name.”

A prayer you can pray:

Lord, we ask You right now to let the cares of the world fall off of us. Let the fear of having no vision fall off of us. Let the fear of the future fall off of us. Let all the weights begin to fall off, so we can look up and go up. Let us see ourselves standing in Your presence far above all powers and principalities. We pray for the Body of Christ in every land, in America and every other place and people group. We say, “Bring a remnant up into Your throne room to reveal Your Will.” To our circumstances, we say, “Unlock!” Thank you for making the way, Jesus! Amen.
