Petitioning the President

“Ask the President to nominate the absolute best person to replace Justice Kennedy on the Supreme Court. The opportunity of a lifetime demands our best nominee – not a stealth, compromise nominee who is calculated to win the votes of pro-abortion Senators.  If necessary, let the election for the future of the Senate be about this Supreme Court seat. That worked pretty well for us in the last election! But, let us not get in a rush, act in the flesh, and give this gift of a seat to a weak, compromise Justice who will betray us and haunt us for the next 40 years! Give Him 15 minutes in prayer:

  • Humbly, but boldly, ask God to direct President Trump to the person of God’s own choosing to fill retiring Justice Kennedy’s seat.
  • Ask God to put the final touches of preparation on the heart of the person God has chosen. They need to know this is their time and they need the wisdom to know how to get through the confirmation hearings.
  • Tell the political spirit that we will not bow to mediocrity or compromise in this placement. Say, “That open seat is for only one person and that is God’s choice!”
  • Click here to email, call or write the White House and let President Trump know that you are looking forward to a strong, conservative justice to replace Justice Kennedy.

A prayer you can pray:

Father, direct our president’s actions in this important Supreme Court Justice appointment. A mistake cannot be made. This is the generation of solidifying the Court to secure a righteous environment in our nation for our children and grandchildren. Get the person ready to say ‘yes’ to President Trump’s phone call. Grant them gifts of wisdom and discernment to get through the upcoming hearings, so that a nonpartisan decision can be reached. I commit to contact President Trump and encourage him to keep his campaign promise to seat conservative justices on the Court, should he get the opportunity. That opportunity is here! In Jesus’ name, amen.
