How Are We Going to Go Forward?

[At the end of last month, I was sent on a prayer journey by the Lord. Directions for it came from a couple of dreams that were sent to me. I started this series on April 13th, so if you want to go back and get caught up, you can. This will take a few days, so keep following here to get it all. It will tie right into what’s going on in the nation right now, which we didn’t know what was coming when the dreams were given.]

Another dream was sent to me in October and this is a little more detailed dream. I’m going to share the first half today and the second half tomorrow, because there’s a lot in there. This was also from a very trusted prophet that the Lord uses to send me dreams at times. And she said, “Before going to sleep last night, I had a quick vision of a very large statue of George Washington. He was mounted on the back of a horse that was in a reared up position. In his hand, he had a gun like those used in the Revolutionary War, but he was holding it out in front of him, pointing it with one hand like a sword. That was the end of the vision.” She then said, “I went to sleep and dreamed, and the same statue was in my dream. I knew it was positioned in Washington, D.C., because I could see the lit up Lincoln Memorial and the cherry blossoms.”

When that happens, and a dream is associated with Washington, D.C., and with our founding fathers and leaders from previous generations, I know it’s about our destiny as a nation. This vision and dream were about Washington, D.C., and presidents Washington and Lincoln. I knew they were about why God raised us up initially and about the synergy of the ages. 

God walked me through a season during the Appeal to Heaven revelation where he showed me that not only can we agree in prayer with people alive today, we can agree with those from previous generations. We can come into agreement with what God promised them and what they asked Him to do. And, if we come into agreement, there is a multiplying of power, just as happens when we agree in prayer with people in a prayer service. Hebrews 11 actually says that God can’t finish what he started through heroes of faith until the next generation comes into agreement and fulfills their part. So, when you align with the ages past appropriately in intercession, there is a synergistic release of power and anointing from Him. 

When she said, “I saw the Lincoln Memorial. I saw the cherry blossoms.” I knew that that was giving me the timing. There’s no other reason for the cherry blossoms to be in the dream, as far as I was concerned, other than the timing, which is the last part of March through the 1st part of April. So, I knew that this dream was about that season.

“All these people earned a good reputation because of their faith, yet none of them received all that God had promised. For God had something better in mind for us, so that they would not reach perfection without us.” (Hebrews 11:39-40; NLT)

Give Him 15 minutes in prayer:

• God cares about America and has a wonderful and timely unfolding of events about to occur. Begin to pray about how the ending of our season of quarantine will look. 
• Pray about the timing. Let the story and interpretation of it guide your intercession. 
• Say, “We cannot waste this season in time. It is strategic, and our intercession and decrees must line up with Your timing, Lord.”
• Understand the synergy of the ages. This is so important! Remember, God is a God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. Join your prayers for America to those past saints have prayed, those like Presidents George Washington and Abraham Lincoln.
• We are interceding for a future for ourselves, and our children, and our children’s children. Declare, “We won’t be like King Hezekiah who only cared about the condition of his country in his own day! We bring our children and grandchildren into the place of destiny together with us!”
• God cares about you and your family very personally, as well as America. Chuck asked us to put our hands on our doors daily and shout, “Victory! My family and I trust You and are coming through well and whole!” Do this daily until Pentecost, Sunday, May 31st.

A prayer you can pray:

Father, we choose to believe You are in full control of the things happening in the earth right now. This Passover and season of celebrating Christ’s death and resurrection have been more meaningful than any we can remember. We celebrated like the ancient Hebrews did, in our homes in family units. We are growing weary of this season, but we want to grab the revelation of every bit of it. We want to see Who You are in the midst of it. We want to see what You are doing and how things are aligning.

We intercede for President Trump, Vice President Mike Pence and all those on the COVID-19 Task Force, as well as the heads of other offices within our executive branch. You have helped them get us through this, now they need wisdom to move us back out again. We ask for wisdom from above, Lord. We decree that our governing leaders will seek You for direction, even as Presidents Washington and Lincoln did in the hard and difficult days they led this nation through. We say, “Let the timing of the unwinding be absolutely perfect. Let those coming out of their houses have humbled hearts ready to seek You.” Those of us who know You well cannot waste this season in time. It is strategic, and our intercession and decrees must line up with Your timing, Lord. Guide our intercession well. Form our decrees each day to hit the mark.

Open our hearts to care about others like we never have before—for their spiritual, as well as their natural, physical and economic health. Open our hearts to care about our nation’s future in light of future generations coming behind us. We won’t be like King Hezekiah who only cared about the condition of his country in his own day! We bring our children and grandchildren into the place of destiny together with us! We will lay our hands on the doors of our homes and declare daily, “You give us victory, Jesus! My family and I trust You and are coming through well and whole!” Amen.

Let God’s true destiny for America now be formed and come forth!
