70 Days – Righteousness Exalts a Nation – Day 37

GiveHim15 will be collaborating with Love Ministries in a very special 70-day prayer focus. We are going to take a stand for righteousness in the United States of America  from February 9th through Passover, April 19th.

“Righteousness exalts a nation, but sin is a disgrace to any people.” (Proverbs 14:34; NASB)

REBUILDING THE WALL OF RIGHTEOUSNESS IN OUR NATION, STATES, AND TERRITORIES – 52 Day State Prayer Focus: Day 19: Louisiana, April 30, 1812

“I write these things to you who believe in the name of the Son of God so that you may know that you have eternal life. This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. And if we know that He hears us — whatever we ask — we know that we have what we asked of Him.” (1 John 5:13-15; NIV)

“Father of kindness, You have poured out grace. You brought me out of darkness. You have filled me with peace. Giver of mercy, You’re my help in time of need. Lord I can’t help but sing.

Faithful you are. Faithful forever you will be. Faithful you are. All your promises are yes and Amen. All your promises are yes and Amen.

Beautiful Saviour, You have brought me near. You pulled me from the ashes. You have broken every curse. Blessed redeemer, You have set this captive free. Lord I can’t help but sing.

“For no matter how many promises God has made, they are ‘Yes’ in Christ. And so, through Him the ‘Amen’ is spoken by us to the glory of God. Now it is God who makes both us and you stand firm in Christ. He anointed us, set His seal of ownership on us, and put His Spirit in our hearts as a deposit, guaranteeing what is to come.” (2 Corinthians 1:20-22; NIV)

Give Him 15 minutes of prayer:

  • Pray and decree the above Scriptures and song over our nation and the State of Louisiana.
  • Thank the Lord that Louisiana is a conservative, pro-life state.
  • Louisiana Gov. John Bel Edwards is the only Democratic governor in the country who opposes abortion.
  • Thank the Lord: State Rep. Katrina Jackson, D-Monroe, is a leader in the House Democratic Caucus and one of the Legislature’s most fervent abortion opponents. She was a featured speaker at the annual anti-abortion March for Life in Washington, D.C., earlier this year.

A prayer you can pray:

Father, we come boldly to Your throne of grace. All praise, glory and honor to You, Lord Jesus for what You are doing in our nation! Our confidence is Your faithfulness! We know that You have heard us, because we are praying according to Your will. We know that it is Your will to align our nation and the State of Louisiana in Your righteousness. America is awakening to your righteous decree. Righteousness exalts a nation! Father, all your promises are “Yes” and “Amen”.

We come into agreement with the birthright and destiny of the United States of America and the State of Louisiana. We say, “Amen” to every promise that You have spoken over our nation and the State of Louisiana. We decree, “This is what the Lord says: ‘Maintain justice and do what is right, for my salvation is close at hand and my righteousness will soon be revealed.’” (Isaiah 56:1; NIV)

“Righteousness revealed America! Righteousness revealed Louisiana! You have this in your favor Louisiana, your governmental authority has chosen life. You are in a real turnaround time… ‘Real Time’ and ‘Kingdom Time’! The righteous remnant has been faithful in their prayer and prophetic assignments, so much so that what has been preventing and perverting righteousness in areas in your land is going to be uprooted. Mark it down…the plow is coming! Make the most of your opportunities, step into Glory and redeem the time. The Lord is going to deal with corrupt systems and what has been trafficking your highways and waterways. The untwisting has already begun! Your righteous decrees have reached me… The righteous three-fold cord of union, justice and confidence will manifest within you causing major reversals in the days ahead. Justice is going to take its seat in your gates.”

Father, we thank you for the apostolic and prophetic governmental mantle that the leadership and the intercessors in this state have taken up! They are running into this New Era mantled with a fresh apostolic and prophetic anointing.  We decree Louisiana Outpouring, Louisiana Revival, Louisiana Awakening, Louisiana Reformation!

We declare over our nation and the State of Louisiana, “For God is my King from of old, working salvation in the midst of the earth. You divided the sea by Your strength; You broke the heads of the sea serpents in the waters. You broke the heads of Leviathan in pieces, And gave him as food to the people inhabiting the wilderness.” (Psalm 74:12-14; NKJV) In the Name of Jesus Christ, Yes and Amen!

The 70 Day Decree:

Lord God, we present ourselves unto You a living sacrifice (Romans 12:1). We acknowledge and declare that we are filled with the righteousness of God through Christ Jesus (Philippians 1:11). Your Word tells us that righteousness exalts a nation (Proverbs 14:34). We stand before You in the land You have given us, and we decree and release the righteousness of Christ into our territories, spheres of influence, our cities, states, and nation in order to bring healing, revival, awakening, and reformation to America. Father, let Your Spirit of righteousness be released and established in us, and in every place in which You have given us jurisdiction. Let Your righteous Kingdom come and Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven (Matthew 6:10)! Prepare the soil of this nation and realign us with Your righteousness! In the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
