Soaring

Judge of the whole earth, you are calling us to a higher level. “Come up higher,” You say. And so we say, “We are soaring by the power of the Holy Spirit to a new level. We are not soaring as a normal bird would soar. We are soaring with eagle wings above the storm, so that we can hear You.”

“But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.” (Isaiah 40:31; NIV)

Give Him 15 minutes in prayer:

• Life has challenges. Go ahead and tell God about the challenges you are facing today. He cares about this. Ask Him to give you hope that He will intervene in these things that concern you.
• Now, tell Him about the challenges our nation is facing. Ask Him for hope that He wants these things to change even more than you do.
• Tell the Lord you want to see things from His vantage point in heaven, so that you can see that He has everything under control and so you can pray with a renewed hope.
• Ask Him to help you hear His voice and pray the prayers He wants you to pray about all of these things. Get your Bible out and get ready. Now, pray!

A prayer you can pray:

Dear Lord, I am facing (tell Him what these things are.) My nation is facing (tell Him what these things are.) Renew my hope. I want to come up higher in the spirit and see things the way You see them. I know You have answers that I would never think of. I want to pray the way You want me to pray, so that my life and this country can line up with Your will and Your plan! In Jesus Name, Amen.

We have ears to hear what Holy Spirit is saying our ears have been opened to hear!
