Warring With a New Sound of War

[Today I am bringing you a recent and timely Word of the Lord from Chuck Pierce.]

“One thing this month is about is that you will begin to see as you have not seen before. You will see paths that you could not previously see. Things are going to open up. You are going to see things that you could not see last month or the month before. Decree that you are seeing your new opening.

“We have to have a war expression in our worship. If there ever was a time for a warring in worship, it is now. We are a victorious remnant and we have to have a sound of victory about us. We have to allow the Lord to reach down deep in us and draw up what is necessary for the season. We have to do prophetic acts. What God is saying in the heavens, we have to express in the earth realm. Walking with the Lord is not about us being religious. It’s not about us having a ‘form’. It’s about us having an expression of heaven here in the earth realm.

“The Lord says, ‘There is a sound in the distance. This is a month that I am calling my people into a place that you have not been before. I’m calling you to stand in ways that you haven’t stood.’ I say, ‘Watch when smoke comes up, because when smoke comes up, rally toward the fire. For I am putting in My people the ability to put out hell.’ I say to you, ‘Even though hell is raging and fire is rising up from the earth, I am giving My people a sound and a movement that will cause hell to recede.’ I say to you, ‘This month, press and press and press toward the fire, for I will quench the mouth of the enemy.’

“The Lord says, ‘I am a good Father and I know when to war against the enemy. I know when My people need to rise up and represent Me in the war ahead. Judah goes first and Judah must arise throughout the land with a new sound. It is a new sound of war!”

“And from the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven suffers violence, and violent men take it by force.” (Matthew 11:12; NASB)

Give Him 15 minutes in prayer:

  • Stand up and see yourself clothed in the battle array of heaven, the armor of God. Speak Ephesians 6:10-18 describing that armor over yourself.
  • Declare, “Where there is smoke and fire, we will run to the battle in God’s armor and with His high praises in our mouths!”
  • Say, “We will sing and decree the new sound that is rising up to defeat His foes in our land!”
  • Violently praise Him today, and push the darkness back over your home and beyond!

A prayer you can pray:

Lord, we declare Ephesians 6:10-18 over ourselves, “Finally, we will be strong in the Lord and in Your mighty power. We put on the full armor of God, so that we can take our stand against the devil’s schemes. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Therefore, we put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, we may be able to stand our ground, and after we have done everything, to stand. We will stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around our waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, and with our feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. In addition to all this, we take up the shield of faith, with which we can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. We take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. We will pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, we make ourselves alert and always praying for all the Lord’s people until the Kingdom of God is established in the earth.

We make worship our first method of battle against the strongholds of darkness this nation is facing! We worship and sing praises to Your Holy Name! Praise the Lord! Praise God in his sanctuary; praise him in his mighty heaven! Praise him for his mighty works; praise his unequaled greatness! Praise him with a blast of the ram’s horn; praise him with the lyre and harp! Praise him with the tambourine and dancing; praise him with strings and flutes! Praise him with a clash of cymbals; praise him with loud clanging cymbals. Let everything that breathes sing praises to the Lord! Praise the Lord! Amen!

Today’s decree:

We praise the Lord with our new sound of war!
