Conversation With Chuck Pierce About the Coronavirus – Part 7

[Recently, I sat down with Chuck Pierce to talk about what God is saying regarding the coronavirus COVID-19. Go back and read the prior posts on Give Him 15, beginning March 28th, so we can pray these things into the Church and the national situation. Make sure as you pray through the conversation over the next few days that you do not allow fear to enter into your heart, but rather, let faith arise in you.]

CHUCK: I started asking the Lord on January 1st what He was doing in America this year. He spoke clearly, “Tighten your belt.” I asked Him what He meant by that, because it seemed like everybody was saying we were going to enter into prosperity. He simply repeated, “Tighten your belt. I will teach My people how to do exploits as they enter this new season.” That means they are going to take resources and do things with them and make them into greater resources. Exploits are linked with miracles.

Exploits are also linked with exploitation. That took me back to how certain nations are going to exploit their strength. You can say whatever you want about America. It is one of the strongest nations in the world. I am seeing America trying to reorder its strength and not exploit it. We have to see this. For us to be doing what we’re doing right now—that’s a miracle!

We have been so materialistically driven, and now we’re pulling aside and saying, “Whoa. Let’s look at this. Let’s reorder this. Let’s pull our workforce into a rest so we can move forward.” When the Lord said to tighten our belt, I knew that economically there has to be a great shift right now. As we cross Passover, I believe, we are at a new place.

“The people who know their God shall be strong, and carry out great exploits.” (Daniel 11:32b; NKJV)

“Therefore do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ For after all these things the Gentiles seek. For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.” (Matthew 6:31-33; NKJV)

Give Him 15 minutes in prayer:

  • Worship the Lord. He has all wisdom. He knows exactly what He’s doing. We need to see from His vantage point and this only happens in worship.
  • Repent for any place you have “loved the things of the world.” Now, get ready to perform great exploits!
  • Ask the Lord what “tighten your belt” means for you and your household.
  • Do not stop tithing and giving. This is the way the Kingdom of God operates. Give and it will be given to you in the measure you give. Give without fear with your whole heart.
  • Read Isaiah 17. You may need to give in unusual ways. Remember the miracle God gave through Elijah to the widow with the oil and the flour.
  • Intercede for President Trump and his advisers as they attempt to help our nation navigate into a new and uncharted season. There must be miracles.
  • Begin to pray for what comes next.
  • Boldly come against the rising of individuals or nations who desire to exploit this season and take control of economies.

A prayer you can pray:

Father, we worship You. You are the Creator of all things! There is nothing in the earth that was made that You did not create. You are even the Creator of ideas and You create the pathways for those ideas to enter the earth realm. You are worthy of our worship. Forgive us where we have not acknowledged You as our sole provider. Forgive us any anger or disappointment in employers or government leaders. Help us get our eyes back on You.

Forgive us where we allowed the world to take the place of our affections in any way. All of those things are being removed from us now. So many things are being reordered. Our priorities are being reordered. We repent of fear that could cause us to attach to the stuff of the world, the ways of the world, the solutions of the world, the leaders around us, even more than before. Show us what it means to tighten our belts. This season is about focusing completely on You and putting our whole trust in You. We need to be lean and filled with the Holy Spirit, watching and praying, if we are going to do exploits!

This is a good time to focus on the stories of miracles in the Bible. What did You do and through whom did You do it? When did You do it? What was going on at the time? Why did You do it? Help us to learn. Increase our faith. Let us not hoard or stop tithing and giving. These are times to act without fear and do what we know needs done.

In that light, we pray for President Trump, his Cabinet and advisers. They are walking in a place no administration has been since the Great Depression. The nation needs reordered. Give them miraculous insight, dreams, visions, and Holy Ghost downloads into how. You are able, Lord. Let President Trump seek You with all his heart. He looks so weighed down. Let his heart turn fully to You and see that You will make his burden light with Your wisdom. Begin to show the way out. Begin to download the recovery strategies. Don’t let the focus stay on managing the crisis. Keep our enemies at bay. Show us how to outwit the enemy individually and nationally in Jesus’ name. Amen.

Today’s decree:

The people who know their God shall be strong, and carry out great exploits!
