70 Days – Righteousness Exalts a Nation – Day 52

GiveHim15 will be collaborating with Love Ministries in a very special 70-day prayer focus. We are going to take a stand for righteousness in the United States of America  from February 9th through Passover, April 19th.

“Righteousness exalts a nation, but sin is a disgrace to any people.” (Proverbs 14:34; NASB)

“Then Jehu went to Jezreel. When Jezebel heard about it, she painted her eyes, arranged her hair and looked out of a window. As Jehu entered the gate, she asked, ‘Have you come in peace, Zimri, you murderer of your master?’ He looked up at the window and called out, ‘Who is on my side? Who?’ Two or three eunuchs looked down at him. ‘Throw her down!’ Jehu said. So, they threw her down, and some of her blood spattered the wall and the horses as they trampled her underfoot. Jehu went in and ate and drank. ‘Take care of that cursed woman,’ he said, ‘and bury her, for she was a king’s daughter.’ But when they went out to bury her, they found nothing except her skull, her feet and her hands. They went back and told Jehu, who said, ‘This is the word of the Lord that he spoke through his servant Elijah the Tishbite: On the plot of ground at Jezreel dogs will devour Jezebel’s flesh. Jezebel’s body will be like refuse on the ground in the plot at Jezreel, so that no one will be able to say, ‘This is Jezebel.'” (2 Kings 9:30-37; NIV)

“For I will give you words and wisdom that none of your adversaries will be able to resist or contradict.” (Luke 21:15-16; NIV)

Give Him 15 minutes of prayer:

• Decree the Scriptures and word over our nation and the State of Oregon.
• Pray for Oregon Governor Kate Brown and all governmental authority in this State. Pray for this state to be plumbed in righteousness.
• 52 Day State Prayer Focus: Oregon, (Algonquian: ‘beautiful water”).
• Statehood: May 29, 1848 (33rd State).
• Motto: She Flies With Her Own Wings.
• Familiar Name: The Beaver State.
• 50-State Tour: The State To Throw Jezebel From the Wall. (December 16-17, 2003).
• Decree the Preamble of the State of Oregon: “We the people of the State of Oregon to the end that Justice be established, order maintained, and liberty perpetuated, do ordain this Constitution.”

A prayer you can pray:

Father, we come into agreement with the prophetic words and destiny that you have released over the State of Oregon and our nation. Lord, realign the State of Oregon in your righteous kingdom plan and redemptive purposes. Many are the plans in a man’s mind, but the purposes of the Lord stand!  Raise up the prophetic watchmen and intercessors in this state – mobilize a grassroots “Gideon Army”!

There is a shaking in your land Oregon. Rumbling and tumbling…the wheel/will of the Lord is going to roll through you! New keys are coming to you Oregon. “I will give you a mouth and wisdom that your opposer will not be able to refute or resist.”

Let the voice of Jehu rise in Oregon and command with all authority, “Throw Jezebel down!” Lord, we ask that all ungodly thrones and dominions, ungodly rulers and authorities and elders be removed. We ask for a Godly government that will legislate and judge righteously. You are going to shake everything that can be shaken. Oregon will not tolerate the spirit of Jezebel. Pour out your Spirit and break all ungodly agreements in the land. Let all unholy alters and baal structures come down in this state.

“Oregon has become a state where spiritual intercessors abound and even prophets are beginning to notice, increase in number, and come from faraway places to further decree that Oregon is the state whose people protect the prophets. This used to be the state where one might say, ‘Why do none of the prophets ever come here?’ Now, just a few years later, we are hearing from others, ‘Why do all the prophets go to Oregon instead of our state?’ As prophesied by several prophets recently, ‘Oregon, you are called to take out Jezebel, which will facilitate revival around the globe. During the 50-State Tour meeting, Chuck Pierce and Dutch Sheets declared that Oregon has the authority to see the Jezebel spirit torn down over the entire nation. As a result, what we pray for and prophesy and decree from this state will help to determine much of what happens in revival nationwide and worldwide. Because the prophets have told us that we, in Oregon, have been assigned the task of taking out the spirit of Jezebel (which kills the prophets, among other things), we must pray that prophets will flock here in larger numbers to defy the prophets of Baal and the spirit of Jezebel, and throw that spirit down—not as an act of the flesh but by the blood of Jesus. Pray that no one will try to take on Jezebel alone (which is not safe to do unless he or she is called and anointed by God to do so), but corporately, in larger and larger corporate gatherings to stand in unity against that which stands against God and His servants and friends, the prophets.” (Releasing The Prophetic Destiny of a Nation, Dutch Sheets and Chuck D. Father, you are the God that answers by fire. Release the Fire of your Spirit into this land. Pour out your Spirit of Wisdom and Revelation upon the State of Oregon, so that they may know you. Draw them with your cords of lovingkindness. Lord, let the eyes and ears of the people be opened and their hearts be turned to righteousness. Establish Your righteous rule in the State of Oregon. In the Name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

The 70 Day Decree:

Lord God, we present ourselves unto You a living sacrifice (Romans 12:1). We acknowledge and declare that we are filled with the righteousness of God through Christ Jesus (Philippians 1:11). Your Word tells us that righteousness exalts a nation (Proverbs 14:34). We stand before You in the land You have given us, and we decree and release the righteousness of Christ into our territories, spheres of influence, our cities, states, and nation in order to bring healing, revival, awakening, and reformation to America. Father, let Your Spirit of righteousness be released and established in us, and in every place in which You have given us jurisdiction. Let Your righteous Kingdom come and Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven (Matthew 6:10)! Prepare the soil of this nation and realign us with Your righteousness! In the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
