70 Days – Righteousness Exalts a Nation – Day 32

GiveHim15 will be collaborating with Love Ministries in a very special 70-day prayer focus. We are going to take a stand for righteousness in the United States of America  from February 9th through Passover, April 19th.

“Righteousness exalts a nation, but sin is a disgrace to any people.” (Proverbs 14:34; NASB)

REBUILDING THE WALL OF RIGHTEOUSNESS IN OUR NATION, STATES, AND TERRITORIES – 52 Day State Prayer Focus: Day 14: Rhode Island, May 29, 1790

Christ is in you, the Hope of Glory, the Hope of good things to come. Hope is a powerful vehicle that transitions you into the promises of God. When you receive a word or promise from the Lord, the faith of the Son of God rises-up in you to believe it. Romans 10:17 says, “Faith comes by hearing; hearing the word.” Faith puts you at the end of your promises when you believe. It causes you to be able to see the fulfillment of the Word.  Hope is the vehicle that transports you there. Who hopes for what he already has?

“And hope does not disappoint us, because God has poured out His love into our hearts by the Holy Spirit, whom He has given us.”  (Romans 5:5; NIV)

The love of God has the power to keeps you there (standing for the promise) until the manifestation of the promise comes. When fear or doubt want to rise-up, the perfect love of God is right there to cast it out. Let the Lord strengthened you with His three-fold cord of faith, hope and love as we stand for the manifestation of His promises in our nation. Remember, righteousness exalts a nation!

“The hope of the righteous is joy, but the expectation of the wicked will remain unfulfilled.” (Proverbs 10:28; NET)

“And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.” (1 Cor 13:13; NIV)

“May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in Him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.” (Romans 15:13; NIV)

A prayer you can pray:

Father, for the remnant in our nation and the State of Rhode Island, may You, the God of Hope, fill this nation with all joy and peace as we trust in You, so that we may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit. Lord, release Your reinforcements to Your remnant that is standing across this nation. Release Your angel armies on behalf of Your Kingdom and righteousness.

Father, we come into agreement with Your kingdom plan and purposes for our nation and state of Rhode Island. We call Rhode Island into the original intent of her birthright and destiny as ordained by You. Align this state in your righteousness. Lord, let your resurrection power and life fill and energize this state’s spiritual leaders. We ask You to strengthen Your righteous remnant in the land. Let the thrones of iniquity be removed throughout this state. We ask You to forgive this state where they exchanged the truth of God for a lie. We ask You to sever every ungodly alliance in this state and between other states, which is reinforcing and legislating abortion and other laws contrary to Your Word. We ask You to release a Jehu anointing to throw Jezebel down. Lord, we ask You to move on the governor and leadership of the state of Rhode Island who have enshrined abortion in the name of women’s rights. We ask you to remove the ungodly leaders from their seats of authority and raise up righteous rulers in the land. We pray you would forgive this state of idolatry, innocent bloodshed, immorality and broken covenants that have defiled the land. Release the fullness of your grace and truth upon this nation and state. Let righteousness and justice rise up from the very foundation.

Lord, we pray for church leaders to invite Holy Spirit to be active and continually resident in their personal devotion life, as well as in their churches. We pray for “personal revival” for every believer, and for their passions to be stirred to raise up an army of Spirit-filled people to heal a nation. We pray for a hedge of protection for Your remnant and spiritual leaders of this state that will protect them from divorce, control, witchcraft, independence, addictions, accusations, criticism of each other, and a lack of care for one another. Bind the weaknesses of the independent spirit, evidenced by self-sufficiency, isolationism, small-mindedness, and division. We declare over the spiritual leaders of the state that obedience is better than sacrifice. Loose the strength of the Holy Spirit—that which is necessary to pioneer and chart out new truths, new territory for the Kingdom, revelation of what it truly means to be apostolic in the region, and fearlessness in Christ in confronting the “giants.” Lord, we pray for new initiatives to impact the cities and the state, leading them toward righteousness. Break a passive leadership style off any pastors who have fallen prey to it. We loose unity, peace to oust confusion, spiritual discernment, pastoral friendship, and love… the greatest of these is love! We declare, “hope does not disappoint us, because God has poured out His love into our hearts by the Holy Spirit, whom he has given us.”  “A sweeping move for repentance will come to Rhode Island that will cause miracles to happen across the state. God is bringing a message of hope by the demonstration of signs and wonders” (Chuck Pierce). We decree over our nation and the state of Rhode Island, “The hope of the righteous is joy, but the expectation of the wicked will remain unfulfilled.” In Jesus’ Name, amen.

The 70 Day Decree:

Lord God, we present ourselves unto You a living sacrifice (Romans 12:1). We acknowledge and declare that we are filled with the righteousness of God through Christ Jesus (Philippians 1:11). Your Word tells us that righteousness exalts a nation (Proverbs 14:34). We stand before You in the land You have given us, and we decree and release the righteousness of Christ into our territories, spheres of influence, our cities, states, and nation in order to bring healing, revival, awakening, and reformation to America. Father, let Your Spirit of righteousness be released and established in us, and in every place in which You have given us jurisdiction. Let Your righteous Kingdom come and Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven (Matthew 6:10)! Prepare the soil of this nation and realign us with Your righteousness! In the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
