Preparation, Obedience and Results!
“We have come to a defining moment in this nation. God has prepared us with the prayers of millions of intercessors crying out to God. He has prepared us through the teaching ministry of the Holy Spirit. We’ve been prepared by the apostles and prophets, prophetic dreams, and the activities of angels. We’ve been prepared by thousands of prophetic Words and visions and signs. The Apostle Paul told his spiritual son, Timothy, that prophetic Words are strategies for good warfare. Things are coming together by the prophetic decrees that we have decreed over and over and over. The strategy of good warfare has been provided to us and we are doing it, and God is moving on this nation, as He has destined to move on our behalf, if we were obedient.” (Tim Sheets, 2/23/18, The Turnaround)1
“Timothy, my son, here are my instructions for you, based on the prophetic words spoken about you earlier. May they help you fight well in the Lord’s battles.” (1 Timothy 1:18; NLT)
Give Him 15 minutes in prayer:
- Stop and take a minute to read through the items of preparation Tim Sheets mentions above. Remember? Recount the prayer times, the teaching moments, the Words, dreams, visions, signs, and angelic assistance leading you to this point.
- Thank the Lord for your spiritual warfare preparation process. Lay down an altar of worship here.
- Ask God to break any battle weariness off you. Ask Him to refresh and renew you. Ask Him to re-mantle you for a new season – a miracle season.
- Begin to pray in the spirit over the nation in a fresh, declaratory, faith-filled way.
A prayer you can pray:
Father, as we read Tim Sheets’ words again, remind us of everything You have done in our lives and in our corporate experience with others in the Church that brought us to this point in time. Show us one thing at a time, so we can see Your path clearly now. We will worship You over every challenge, battle and victory! Thank you for the preparation. Thank you for showing Yourself to us, encouraging us onward, building our faith. Break the weariness from the last season’s battles off us and put a fresh mantle for the new season on us. (Begin to pray in the spirit over the nation in a fresh, declaratory, faith-filled way.)
I decree the Praying Church is rising refreshed and with an expectation of new things for America!
